This Define™ Discovery call will be a 15-minute meet + greet to briefly go over your needs, explain process, + see if we are a good fit.
Define™ Service Discovery
Next you will book a Define™ service-intensive to go to a deeper level to uncover your needs, + find your brand strengths, + uncover unknown weaknesses.
Define™ Proposal Review
After our Define™ intensive session, we craft a proposal to review with you in person. You can book us at this stage by paying a deposit, + then we can get you onboarded!

Let's work together to help your biz grow with a retainer engagement.
If accepted into the retainer program, you are getting that gold-standard access to us. In addition, each retainer tier works on a use-it-or-lose-it structure for hours. This hour structure encourages you to load us up with work & take advantage of the time you have booked with us. There is a three-month minimum requirement for each retainer tier.
You can upgrade or downgrade any time if you feel you booked too many or too few hours. Each retainer tier gets you priority access.
